Making Hotel Reservations at the
AHS 65th Annual Forum and Technology Display

To receive a special Forum 65 discounted hotel rate, you must book your hotel room with the Gaylord Texan Resort by May 2, 2009. After May 2, 2009, room reservations will be confirmed on a space-available basis. All reservations must be accompanied by one night’s deposit plus tax by check or a major credit card. Deposits are only refundable for cancellations occurring three days prior to arrival. Additionally, to expedite your check-in and check-out process, a credit card number along with an address are strongly recommended.

The Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center is located at 1501 Gaylord Trail, Grapevine, Texas, 76051. The special Forum 65 room rate is $169 per night (single or double). Note that there is an extra required $10 resort fee, which includes high speed internet service, access to the fitness center, two bottles of water per day, a daily newspaper, the first 20 minutes of each local or toll-free telephone call, and transportation to Grapevine area attractions.
