Steve retired from AFRL 3½ years ago. He recently published his latest book: “Out of the Blue - Memoirs of a Baffled Bureaucrat".
He will discuss his six strategies that you can use to get bureaucrats on your side.
Steve is also the author of the books “One of a Kind Research Aircraft” and “Straight Up – A History of Vertical Flight”.
These are currently sold in the Air Force Museum.
