Dear Sirs/Madams,

The 5th Biannual Australian Pacific Vertiflite Conference on Helicopter Technology will be held in Melbourne, Australia from 13-17 March 2005, as part of the 11,th Australian International Aerospace Congress (AIAC-11). The forum will be associated with the Australian International Airshow (15 -20 March 2005) and will include a visit to the Airshow for the delegates on the 16th March 2005. The Conference will be held at the Melbourne Convention Centre, and will provide the delegates an opportunity to share and establish collaboration with the Australian aerospace academia and industry in regards to helicopter technology.

Conference Topics

The forum will provide for discussions and referred paper presentations on a wide range of topics to cover; design, operation and logistic support of rotorcraft. The key topic areas are the following, but not limited in scope:

o Helicopter operations

o Helicopter repair/maintenance
o Helicopter manufacture & logistic support
o Helicopter design to cost
o Helicopter emergency medical service
o Helicopter upgrade
o Vertical Take-off Unmanned Aerial Vehicles
