To receive a discounted FORUM 64 room rate, you must confirm reservations with one of the official hotels by April 22, 2008. After April 22, 2008, FORUM 64 room reservations will be confirmed on a space-available basis at the prevailing room rate. All individual room reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card and will be subject to a one night’s deposit plus tax charge if not cancelled 48 hours or more prior to arrival.
